Once we know what type of RV you have, we will contact you if it's a good fit! Travel Trailers with bunk beds, Fifth Wheels with bunk beds, and motorhomes tend to perform best in our program.
Once you have a chat with us, we will send over a copy of the consignment agreement for signature and then arrange a date for you to drop off your RV to us. Once the RV arrives at our location, we will do a full inspection and make sure it is ready to be rented! Then you just sit back and leave the rest to us! We will store, clean, maintain, and rent your RV for you.
On average, Motorhome owners can make 6-8K+ per season and Travel Trailer owners can make about 4-6K+ per season in our program. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, but we will work hard to make sure your RV is rented out for top dollar so that you make the most amount of money with your investment.
Owner statements are sent out at the end of each month with a detailed breakdown of all the rentals. Payments are generally sent via zelle along with the owner statements at the end of the month.
No! The only fee you will have is a small storage fee during the off season months (typically $50/month). We generally like to do 6-12 month contracts with our owners, but we are flexible. Reach out to us below and we can have a conversation to see what works best.
Our booking software has commercial insurance coverage built in to every rental. You as an owner need to maintain your own personal insurance policy, but there will be supplimental commercial coverage on each and every rental. You don't need to do a thing to your own personal insurance.
Any damage that occurs on a rental is the responsibility of the renters. We take security deposits from each and every renter in order to cover any incidental damages during a rental. We also take the time to properly screen and train renters before they rent your RV. Many of our rentals are delivery only which minimizes risk on the RVs. That said, any systemic issue with the RV (water pump failure, A/C failure, etc) is the responisbility of the RV owner. We will be able to diagnose and repair anything, but that will be at the owner's expense. Our team does a great job at ensuring the units stay productive all season long. We check the tires, grease the slides, and check the roof and seals regularly! Your RV is in great hands in our program.
