Dry Camping, Done Right

Rent an RV for Tall Pines ATV Park in Andover, New York

We Deliver and Set Up for You

Our units leave from Hornell, NY, about 30 minutes from the park. You do not tow anything and you do not hunt for a site. We deliver the unit to the property before you arrive, level it, and walk you through the water tanks, propane, and battery, then return after your trip to collect it.

Your Campsite Is Reserved Automatically

Tall Pines lists Finger Lakes RV Rentals as their official RV rental partner. Book your RV with us first, and your Tall Pines camping space is reserved automatically once the unit is placed on the property. The park also runs organized events through the riding season, including the Halloween Pumpkin Hunt, a Veterans Ride, and a Last Day to Ride, and those weekends fill first. Check the park's calendar for current dates.

We are the RV rental partner Tall Pines lists for guests who want to camp on the property without towing. Our units arrive with the fresh water tanks filled and the propane full, which matters on a site with no hookups and porta-johns for restrooms. Hot water, a real bathroom, heat for a cold night, and a dry place to leave muddy gear, set up and ready before your first ride. Reach out to us today!

Benefits

Why Rent an RV for Tall Pines ATV Park?

Tall Pines has no water or electric hookups anywhere on the property, and the only restrooms near the campsites are porta-johns. That makes a self-contained unit the difference between a good weekend and a rough one. Here is what an RV changes on this specific property:

  • A working bathroom and hot water on a site that has neither
  • A sealed, heated space for a cold night in Allegany County
  • Somewhere to dry out and store muddy gear after a day in the mud zones
  • Your own kitchen, since camping fees do not include food service
  • A base camp your group can return to between rides without leaving the park
  • Shower access is included with your Tall Pines camping reservation, so the RV covers everything else

Because this is dry camping, we deliver with the onboard fresh water tanks filled and the propane full at no additional charge. Portable generators are available for an additional charge.

Most groups riding here end up in a Class C motorhome, or one of our large RV rentals (travel trailers) when the whole crew is coming.

Delivery & Setup

Rent an RV for Tall Pines ATV Park and Skip the Tow

Towing your own camper to this property is the part most people underestimate. Tall Pines ATV Park warns riders not to trust GPS routing, because the seasonal roads through Pixley Hill and Barrett Hill cause real problems for anyone pulling a trailer. We take that off your plate entirely. Here is how it works:

  1. Book your unit with Finger Lakes RV Rentals and tell us your arrival day.
  2. We deliver and position the unit at the park before you arrive, using the park's own directions rather than GPS.
  3. We level it, set it up, and walk you through the water tanks, propane, and battery.
  4. We return after your trip to collect it.

One thing worth knowing: the park does not rent ATVs. You will need to bring your own machines and buy trail passes separately, currently $25 for a day ride.

Current rates by unit are on our RV rental prices page. We run the same delivery and setup at other events across the region.
